1. 피해자 성명 불상자에 대한 범행 피고인은 2018. 7. 8. 00:46 경부터 01:56 경까지 사이에 의정부시 C 건물 지하 D 불가마 남성 수면 실에서, 잠을 자고 있는 성명 불상 피해자의 옆자리에 누워 다리를 피해 자의 다리 위에 올리고, 손으로 피해자의 손과 팔을 잡아 피고인의 성기에 가져 다 놓고, 계속해서 피해자의 손을 피고인의 허벅지 사이에 넣고 비볐다.
