A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than five months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who illegally uses air defense, obtained the B engine device bicycle license plate No. 59-27, Law No. 116, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 2013, and illegally used a public sign by attaching it to the motor device owned by the Defendant.

2. On August 31, 2015, the Defendant, who illegally used public marks, exercised air defenses, which illegally used, by driving a bicycle with the motor device device number plate, he/she acquired from the Defendant, at a private distance different from Ulsan-gu Newdong, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.

3. On August 31, 2015, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving on a motor device set forth in paragraph (1) that was not covered by mandatory automobile insurance without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license from a motor device in a long distance different from the Sinsan-gu Newdong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
