A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased a new motor vehicle at a store located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; and (b) was driven by the Defendant in the BEAVVER 124C ccc, without a motor vehicle registration number plate; (c) the Defendant was driving on the motor vehicle at the store located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

Around 29:40 on the 29th day of the same month, the car registration number plate, which is air air, was used unlawfully by removing the car registration number plate and attaching it to be used, and continuously, on the 27th day of the same month, the BEAVV 124cc. Oratob, which used the car registration number plate which is air, was used unlawfully by operating the BEV 124cc.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on January 29, 2017, at around 19:40, the Defendant operated the BEVIV 124C Orala in a section of about 200 meters, which was not mandatory insurance, from the front of the new market in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front of the new market in the new market, such as Shin Dong-dong, etc., to the front of 27cc.
