The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On September 14, 2015, around 13:30 on September 14, 2015, the summary of the facts charged is that: (a) the Defendant, while making a dispute, while putting about any error in the calculation of points of points 8 when putting the victim D (the age of 81) and other scamblings at the center of the apartment complex in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si; and (b) before doing so, 400 won was erroneously calculated while referring to the fact that 20 won was erroneously calculated; and (c) the Defendant referred to the victim in the above place where 20 persons had scamblings in the amount of money for the scambling games at the center of the apartment complex in

In 400 won, the victim openly insultingd the victim by "the word".
