The punishment against the defendant shall be six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of the first, second, and third crimes, and the fourth crimes of the ruling.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Aggregate Extraction Act at the Gwangju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the same 17th day.

1.
