A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2016, at around 23:49, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report that she had a 40-party male at the main station near the B apartment building in Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si; (b) took a bath and refused to disclose his/her personal information; (c) around 00:42, around August 24, 2016, the Defendant attempted to assault another person under his/her name, who was in charge of sending the 112 report, and (d) returned to the said place after receiving a report again.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of report D or E, which is a police officer.
