A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on January 10, 2018; imprisonment with prison labor for two months from the branch court of Suwon District Court on January 10, 2018; imprisonment with prison labor for eight months from the same court on September 7, 2018; and the execution of the said punishment was completed in the female prison on September 7, 2018.

[2018Gohap235] On November 12, 2018, the Defendant came to a “Croman restaurant” located in the Cheongju-si Office B, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and intruded inside the restaurant, and at the same time, went to the victim D (the age of 61) holding a string in the market value, which is the victim D (the age of 61) holding the string, on the top of that, once the victim's face was taken one time for the purpose of evading arrest by putting him/her down, and the 4th left hand of the 4th hand hand, the left hand of which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment, and led the victim to a 1-half water pipe, a water pipe, a water pipe, a water pipe, etc.
