A. On December 1, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract (hereinafter “instant fire insurance contract”) with the occupant management committee of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Officetel (hereinafter “instant building”) as follows. B. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant leased the instant leased object as KRW 300 million from F, an incorporated association, the owner of the first floor E of the instant building (hereinafter “the instant leased object”).
