Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who prepares and sells Korean-style cooking and selling business in the name of “C” in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from January 31, 2019 to July 31, 2020, the Defendant purchased 317 km (6,340km) of rice of the United States in Changwon-si D from Changwon-si to Changwon-si from July 31, 2019, and subsequently, from around that time to August 3, 2020, the Defendant stated that, for unspecified customers who found the above restaurant, the instant restaurant was 5,00-6,00-6,00 won per person, 1 minute 4,000 won, 1,000 won, 1, 1,000 won, 1, 1,000 won, 1, 1, 1, 1,000, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 3, 200. The Defendant indicated the country of origin on the origin sign.
