All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the reasons for appeal (for each of the defendants, one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution) is too unreasonable.

2. There is no change in the sentencing conditions compared with the judgment of the court below, and considering the circumstances favorable to and unfavorable to the Defendants in detail by the court below, as well as the various sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, such as the age, sex, environment, and circumstances after the crime, the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the Defendants’ appeal is dismissed in entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
