On November 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to set the contract amount of KRW 112,560,000 (including value-added tax) and the construction period from November 30, 2012 to March 30, 2013. After concluding a two-time modification contract, the construction period was finally extended by May 10, 2013. The Defendant completed construction of the instant Chuncheon building and completed construction on May 2013, 2013. (2) The Plaintiff paid KRW 112,560,000,000 on the part of the Defendant’s side for the construction of the instant Chuncheon building, including KRW 378,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for the total of KRW 1,50,000,000 on May 10, 2013.

On March 11, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to determine the contract amount of KRW 2.83,9150,000 (including value-added tax) for the construction of the instant Gangnam building with the period from March 18, 2013 to November 20, 2013, and entered into a contract to change the payment method on June 30, 2013. The Defendant completed the construction of the instant Gangnam building on December 30, 2013, and completed the construction of the instant building on December 30, 2013. The Plaintiff paid KRW 300,000,000 to the Defendant side for the construction of the said building, KRW 350,000,000,000,000 (including value-added tax) and KRW 300,000,000,000,000 on March 29, 2013.
