1. The Defendant’s KRW 257,767,171 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from December 31, 2013 to March 21, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 9, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into the instant contract with B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “B”) and the joint contractors representing the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “the Plaintiff’s joint contractors”) and was awarded contracts by the Defendant for the construction of “C” as the total construction cost of KRW 15,062,126,896, and the construction period from December 15, 2010 to April 2, 2013.

(hereinafter “instant contract”). At the time, the Plaintiff’s share in the instant construction was 51%, and the share in B was 49%.

B. On December 6, 2011, the Plaintiff applied for the extension of the construction completion date from April 2, 2013 to October 31, 2013 under the name of D, a field agent of the instant construction project, for the extension of the construction completion date on the ground of the delay in removal of obstacles caused by the change of the bridge plan (the third line of the initial second line), and delay in construction due to the delay in removal of unauthorized obstacles, etc., the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the extension of the construction completion date from April 2, 2013 to October 31, 2013. The Defendant concluded the contract for the extension of the construction completion date to the extent that it does not exceed the actual cost pursuant to the relevant provisions after the modification. (2) The Defendant concluded the contract for the extension of the construction completion date on December 22, 2011 to the Plaintiff’s joint supply and supply company without the due date for the extension of the construction completion date from the date of the construction completion date to October 31, 2013.
