이에 따라 피고인 A, B은 2013. 5. 9. 경 서울 강서구 하늘길 210( 공항동) 김 포 세관 화물청사에서, 사실은 ‘J’ 등이 국내 판매목적으로 중국 운송업체에 주문한 물건임에도 I 등이 각자 수입하는 것처럼 통관을 마친 위조 ‘PRADA' 가방 83 점 및 위조 샤넬, 불가 리, 크리스 티 안 디오르, 루 이비 똥 등의 가방, 벨트, 시계 등 물건을 재포장하여 위 ’J‘ 등에게 배송하는 등의 방법으로 위조 물건 190점을 수입함으로써, 프라다 에스. 에이가 국내 특허청에 제 0404466호로 등록한 상표권, 샤넬이 국내 특허청에 제 0071324호로 등록한 상표권 등을 침해한 것을 비롯하여, 그 무렵부터 2014. 3. 26. 경까지 사이에 별지 범죄 일람표 1, 2 연번 1~60400( 별지 범죄 일람표 CD 포함) 기 재와 같이 위조 물건 총 92...
