Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

In March 2015, the Defendant purchased Do-do, Do-si, North Korea-do around 2016, and applied for a building permit in around January 19, 2016. However, the Defendant was under a non-permission disposition on the ground that he/she is proceeding with F business to E owned by Gun-si, a neighboring site from Gun-si, and that he/she does not have access to the Defendant’s land, and is currently proceeding with the Gun-si in a lawsuit seeking revocation of non-permission of a building permit application against Gun-si.

1. On July 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s business at the construction site of F tree dividend works implemented in the Gunsan-si located in the Gunan-si located in the Gunan-si, Do; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s access to the access road by means of cutting off I U.S. car owned by the Defendant to prevent the Defendant from entering the excavation season, in order to prevent any defect in the victim H of the employees of (such as U.S.) who was awarded a subcontract for the said universal construction works from the Gunan-si, Gunan-si, in order to carry out the construction of tree planting and landscaping.

A. Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property equivalent to 5,126,00 won in total of the market price owned by the victim.

B. On July 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 2016, 200 square meters in the width of the Sinsan-si, Gunan-si; (b) performed the embling of 80 square meters in width from the land owned by the victim by using a refratator to create roads necessary to win in the administrative litigation that he/she is proceeding against the Gunsan-si; and (c) removed a light stone of about 10 meters in length, which is approximately 286,000 square meters in length, from among the bridges of 10 meters in length.
