【The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch on February 5, 2015, and two years of suspension of execution, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Daegu District Court on July 16, 2015, which became final and conclusive on October 3, 2015, and the sentence of suspension of execution was invalidated, and the execution of each of the above punishment was completed at the Daegu District Court on May 26, 2016.
