Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Gohap 404"

1. Around April 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Special Act) committed a victim’s chest by inserting cash by inserting from the victim E (a name, leisure, 44 years old) who withdraws cash by inserting the transition of dangerous things (20 cm in total length, 10 cm in length) into the main machine on the right side of the building C of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and then taking the victim’s chests of the victim’s chest (10 cm in length, 20 cm in total).

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with dangerous things.

The defendant of "2018 High 553" is a person with disabilities of grade 2 with intellectual disability, is a patient hospitalized in a convalescent hospital located in F in eternist City, and the victim G (the age of 33) is an employee of the department in charge of the above hospital.

2. On November 23, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure with a view to discovering that the said G entered a female toilet on the first floor of the said hospital, and committing an indecent act against the said G, and admitting the said G into the said toilet with the intent to commit the crime, thereby infringing upon the structure managed by the victim who was not injured for the purpose of committing the crime.

The Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by force: (a) took one hand to prevent the victim from resisting the victim by taking advantage of one hand; and (b) tried to use the victim by force; (c) the victim’s scam and arms were scambling the victim by scambling the victim; and (d) the victim was scambling the victim by scambling the victim; and (c) the victim did not have scam the victim by scambling the Defendant; and (d) the victim tried to have the victim scam and arms again, and tried to have the victim scambling, but the victim did not commit an indecent act by force.
