A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In addition, the above victims have become the victim once.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen property, and assaulted or threatened the above victim for the purpose of resisting the recovery of property by carrying a deadly weapon, or evading arrest.

1.
