A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

피고인은 2014. 8. 9. 02:20경 대구 달서구 B에 있는 C 앞 도로상에서, ‘청소차 앞을 가로막고 행패를 부린다’는 내용의 신고를 받고 출동한 대구성서경찰서 D지구대 소속 경사 E이 신고자인 환경미화원의 처벌 불원 의사를 청취한 후 피고인에게 귀가 요구를 하자, 위 E에게 “씹할놈들아 경찰이면 똑바로 해라, 경찰서로 가자, 지구대 놈들이 뭘 할 줄 안다고 개새끼들” 등의 욕설을 하고, 이에 대응하지 않고 현장을 떠나려는 위 E의 앞을 가로막고 팔을 붙잡으며 아무런 이유 없이 순찰차에 탑승하려고 하였으며, 피고인의 탑승을 제지하는 위 E의 팔과 가슴 부위를 머리와 팔로 밀어내는 등 위 E을 폭행하고, 피고인을 피해 출발하려는 순찰차 바로 앞에 드러누워 순찰차의 진행을 가로막는 행위를 5~6회 반복함으로써 위 E을 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of civil petitions and patrol by police officers.
