Punishment of the crime

Around September 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who introduces himself/herself as C to “to offer KRW 300,000 per week to B of a corporate passbook; and (b) accordingly, established D companies with limited liability (business registration number E) around October 2016; (c) opened an account in the name of the said company at a new bank located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government branch; and (d) transferred cash cards, OTP, cash cards connected to the said account at the front of Busan Metropolitan City, and OTP to Kwikset services.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred the access media to another person.

Around September 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who introduces himself/herself as C to “to offer KRW 300,000 per week to B of a corporate passbook; and (b) accordingly, established H (business registration number: I and the current J) of a limited company around December 2016; (c) opened an account in the name of the said company at the location of the 281-13, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, at the location of the 281-13, and transferred the said name to B of the said company by means of cash card, the OTP issued at KRW 30,000,000 after receiving the said cash card, the OTP, etc. on the front of the 20-dong branch of the Bank.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred the access media to another person.
