A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2016 Highest 8451";

A. The Defendant would make the sales details on the face of the head of the Tong, etc. from a person who has no name to the name.

On December 31, 2015, the head of the Tong-gu, Incheon and the head of the Tong-gu, and the head of the Dong-gu, Incheon and the head of the Dong-gu, transferred the access media through Kwikset service, each of which is linked to the defendant's name bank B account in the name of the defendant and the post office C account in front of the active duty-related issues.

2. On August 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person in an active service in the territory of the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) sent 500,000 won in cash to a person who borrowed a passbook from his/her name-free person; and (c) delivered a physical card linked to the Saemaul Bank Account (I) in the name of H-based corporation name of the Defendant to the above person via Kwikkset Service.

As a result, the defendant promised to receive compensation and lent the approaching media.

3. "2017 Highest 2077".

A. On February 2016, the Defendant transferred a physical card connected to H’s credit account in the name of H (J) to Kwikset service, subject to the Defendant’s receipt of KRW 300,000 per month, prior to the Dongcheon Station located in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon, under the condition that Kwikset will receive KRW 300,000 per month.

B. The Defendant around 10:00 around May 4, 2016, in front of the E cafeteria located in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu.
