Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On October 7, 2017, around 13:30 on October 13:30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the road front of the D store in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and brought it to the left left, and on the ground that the Fra vehicle driven by the victim E (37 years of age, south) interfered with the course and used the horn, the Defendant saw the victim into a brupt manner.

Therefore, the Defendant entered the victim’s vehicle in the future and obstructed the course by blocking the passage of the victim’s vehicle, and subsequently, whenever the victim changes the damaged lane, the Defendant threatened the victim by changing the lane in the same direction as above and obstructing the course.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.
