A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving Lone Star Cargo Vehicles in the Ireland.

On June 15, 2014, at around 09:35, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license, and led to the running of the above cargo at about 40 km each other at about 30 km-ro 340-gil, Gwangju Mine-ro (Yancheon-ro, Youngcheon-ro, 10 apartment complex) in front of the 340-lane (Yancheon-ro, Young-do, 10 apartment complex), from the south-dong side of the west-do.

Since there are children's protection zones with signal lights on the front door, there was a duty of care to check whether children are passing through the front door and to prevent accidents in advance by safely passing the crosswalk according to the new code.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not find out the victim D (7 years old) who was sick on the left side of the road from the right side of the defendant's direction to the right side of the cargo vehicle of the defendant, and did not leave the place of the accident without disclosing the difference in the victim's identity by the police officer dispatched to the road with the direction to the right side of the cargo vehicle of the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence at the emergency room of the Jeonnam University Hospital located in the Jeonnam University Hospital in the 42-ro of Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-ro, where the victim was under a post-transmission treatment at around 17:35 on June 16, 2014.

2. Around 08:00 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant driving a Grand Cross Cargo on the section of about 10km from the studio parking lot in Gwangju-gu to the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the same day without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of about 10km from the 10km to the place indicated in paragraph (1) of the same day.
