A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:10 on August 17, 2019, the Defendant was driving the Enbex Cargo Vehicles with approximately 1km alcohol concentration of 0.191% from the section near the Ulsan-dong B apartment parking lot, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-dong, without a driver’s license, to the same front of the road.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who holds and drives a freight truck in Ireland.

No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1), operated the EF Sheet Cargo Vehicles, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving of the Einland freight truck.

At around 02:10 on August 17, 2019, the Defendant driven the Embex Cargo and proceeded from the direction of the F building to the university of Ulsan-gu D, Ulsan-gu.

At the time, the road width is narrow, and in such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the road traffic situation and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and the driver of the motor vehicle shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to cause danger and injury to others.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused damage to the Defendant’s vehicle that was parked on the left-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle driving direction due to negligence in the course of driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license by taking part of the victim G’s H bargaining car which was parked on the left-hand side of the driving seat of the motor vehicle.

4. The above criminal suspect is an automobile at the same time and place as the above three paragraphs.
