The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and six months of imprisonment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant, who habitually intruded upon residence at night, entered the Republic of Korea for a period of one year under the qualification of manufacturing business (E-9-1) on the basis of his/her alley, and went into the Republic of Korea on May 14, 2016, despite the expiration of the period of stay on May 14, 2016, and was willing to steal money and valuables in neighboring commercial buildings and studio around the university.

During the period of “E” operated by the victim D in Seosan-si, Sinsan-si, the victim D, made the hacks of the hacks, which is the entrance and exiter, and stolen the cash equivalent to KRW 30,000, from that time to Nov. 7, 2016, the hacks of the hacks, which is the entrance and exiter, into the hacks, from November 7, 2016, and habitually intrudes on the commercial buildings or studs around the university, and then stolen the property worth KRW 2,349,300 on a total of 20 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, as in attached Table 1. However, the hacks of the objects to be stolen but failed to find them.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen another person's property through habitual intrusion upon another person's residence at night.
2. From the end of June 2016 to the beginning of July 7, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure with the victim D, “E” operated by the victim D in Seosan City, to make the strings, which is the entrance and correction device, by cutting off the strings, and to enter the strings, and to intrude into the strings by entering the strings. From that time to November 10:30, 2016, the Defendant invaded six times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2 list of crimes, in order to steal the object.
3. If a foreigner in violation of the Immigration Control Act intends to continue to sojourn in excess of the period of sojourn, he shall obtain permission for extension of the period of sojourn from the Minister of Justice.
The defendant, who is a Korean national of the steel frame, shall be granted the period of stay as a manufacturing business (E-9-1) on April 14, 2015.
