Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2008, the Defendant: (a) was the representative director of (ju) real estate development company B; and (b) on July 21, 2008, after obtaining permission from the head of Gyeyang-si to install four livestock-related facilities, such as Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, with respect to the area of six lots of land, such as Gyeonggi-do, under the name of Gyeonggi-do, a local farmer; and (c) obtained permission for the purpose of creating the access road, for the purpose of constructing the access road, the owner of the construction work, who is an engineering business operator E, and implemented the said permission; (d) had a view to create a legal area for the access road owned by another person on the left-hand side of the access road, where there is a risk of collapseing the left-hand side of the access road; and (e) from May 2009 to June 21, 2009, part of the land located on the left-hand side of the permitted site for the above livestock-related facilities, such as 1, 12222 square meters, G.
