If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2013, at around 21:12, 2013, the Defendant driven a Bkkn motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.129% without obtaining a driver's license from a section of approximately 100 meters from the front of the Seocheon-si, Kimcheon-si, to the front road of the Busan Agricultural Cooperative Branch, which is located in Seocheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.
