A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

In the process of receiving such a series of instructions, the Defendant: (a) committed a single-name “B” and a single-name “C” as an employee of an investigative agency or financial supervisory agency; (b) obtained money from many unspecified persons; and (c) even though the Defendant was aware that the collection of laund money that would be the Defendant was a part of the crime of defraudation, the Defendant conspired with the victims, who had the victims take the role of collecting cash at a specific place by misrepresenting the staff of the financial supervisory agency and by calling for an investigation agency or financial supervisory agency, even though the Defendant was aware of the fact that the laund money was refunded to an unspecified number of victims.
