Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G are members of the Korean Metal Trade Union branch M of the metal trade union.

Defendant

A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G were in the place of business managed by the Victim O located in N at Sinh City around August 24, 2016, and the said company’s access was prohibited due to the reason to prevent unauthorized release of the company’s goods and prevent the entry and departure from business, and in particular, even though the said company’s access was prohibited by the outside company’s members affiliated with the Korean Metal Trade Union under the labor-management division, the said company’s security guards’ removal was spreaded into the said place of business and invaded into the said place of business. Accordingly, the Defendants A, B, C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G infringed on the structure managed by the damaged person.

1. Defendant H Defendant and the non-titled person are members of the Korea Metal Trade Union branch R&D branch.

Around August 25, 2016, the Defendant and the above-mentioned names in the PP workplace managed by the victim'sO located in Sin Sin-si around 17:53 on August 25, 2016, the said company prohibited outside persons from entering and leaving the company's goods without permission and preventing interference with the business. In particular, even though the company prohibits outside company members belonging to the Korean Metal Trade Union from entering and leaving the company's bylaws, the company's security guards came into a ppuri and intrude into the said workplace. Accordingly, the Defendant and the above-mentioned names infringed upon the structure managed by the victim in collusion.

2. Defendant I and the non-titled persons are members of the Korea Metal Trade Union branch S branch offices.

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant and the above-mentioned names in the PP place of business managed by the victim'sO located in Sin-si around 18:05 on August 26, 2016, and the above company's side prevents the unauthorized release of the company's goods.
