1. The facts charged [the position of the Defendants] Defendant A is the head of the G branch of the Korea Metal Trade Union G branch, Defendant B is the secretary general of the National Metal Trade Union G branch, Defendant C is the head of the Democratic Nowon H Headquarters, Defendant D is the member of the National Metal Trade Union I non-regular workers branch of the Korea Metal Trade Union.

[Fact-finding] The article in charge of the attachment service for home appliances, etc. is most workers belonging to K K&Co., Ltd., and some workers among them asserted the increase of fees per unit service, thereby establishing K branch of the Korean Metal Trade Union on July 14, 2013.

The Korean Metal Trade Union K Branch decided on February 5, 2014 while negotiating with their respective subcontractors.

On February 28, 2014, the representative director N of M&A, a collaborative company operating L, notified his/her employees of the closure of L in operation as of March 31, 2014 due to the deterioration of the representative director's health.

Accordingly, on March 27, 2014, G branch of the Korean Metal Trade Union asserted that the above L L was a disguised closure of business for the destruction of Trade Union and submitted a report of outdoor assembly to the head of the R police station on March 27, 2014 on the date and time, “0:0 to March 31, 2014, 00 to March 24:00, to March 31, 2014,” “P station square and Qu L transfer”, “P metal labor union G”, the host organization’s representative “A”, and “31 members of the K branch of the Korean Metal branch of the Korean Metal Trade Union, each day, while making a tour of T Station, apartment houses located in S, and apartment houses located in R zones.

On March 31, 2014, the National Metal Trade Union G branch (Chapter A) of the Korea Metal Trade Union G (Chapter head) shall hold an assembly of the "O-Resolution Resolution 1" on the following grounds: (a) on March 31, 2014; (b) on the part of its members, approximately 30 members are gathered in the T Station, and (c) on the part of its members are 2.5 K m from the place to Q Q to the L delivery.
