1. According to the reasoning of each judgment below and the judgment of remand before and after the remanding of basic facts and the evidence duly admitted by the court below before and after remanding, the following facts are revealed.

Japan, such as the deprivation of the Korean Peninsula and the compulsory mobilization of the Korean Peninsula, has controlled the Korean Peninsula through the Japanese governor after the Japanese merger Treaty on August 22, 1910.

Japan gradually entered the exhibition system by causing the Japanese War in 1931 and the Japanese War in 1937, and caused the Pacific War in 1941.

나. 망 A과 원고 B, C, E(이하 ‘원고들’이라 한다)의 동원과 강제노동 피해 및 귀국 경위 (1) 원고들은 1923년부터 1929년 사이에 한반도에서 태어나 평양, 보령, 군산 등에서 거주하던 사람들이고, 일본제철 주식회사(이하 ‘구 일본제철’이라 한다)는 1934년 1월경 설립되어 일본 가마이시(釜石), 야하타(八幡), 오사카(大阪) 등에서 제철소를 운영하던 회사이다.
