Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is a driver of the city bus in the case of fishing between B and B.

On November 12, 2012, the Defendant driven the above bus at around 13:40 on November 13, 2012, and proceeded bypassing the intersection from the side of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-dong 131 to the side of the Bupyeong-dong.

Since a crosswalk is installed on the front side, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to ensure that the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by checking whether or not there is a person to walk the road in the crosswalk, and safely proceeding.

Nevertheless, while the defendant neglected this and proceeded as it is, the defendant did not find out the victim C (I am 39 years old) who gets a way from the right side of the road along with the pedestrian's moving signal from the right side of the road at the Roman crosswalk, and received the victim from the right side of the bus of the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt dynasium, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.
