Punishment of the crime

From September 1, 2007 to February 1, 2010, the Defendant served as a local facility library in Bosung-gun Office D and E system.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of “the determination and public notice of the location selection plan for the comprehensive disposal facilities of the wastes of the Neongsung Military and Agricultural Villages” under the name of the Director of Neongsung-gun D, which is an official document.

B. The Defendant, using a computer, determines and publicly announces a site selection plan for “the type and quantity of waste subject to treatment, the area where waste treatment is intended, the type and scale of waste disposal facilities, and the criteria and method for site selection,” etc. using the aforementioned “A” date and place.
