Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On December 26, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Branch, and on March 10, 2014, Defendant A terminated the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Prison.
The Defendant A, while operating H, C, and his nameless and illegal gambling entertainment rooms, provided game instruments, which are different from the contents of rating, and provided customers with speculative gaming machines, and recruited customers to engage in speculative activities by exchanging points obtained by customers.
Accordingly, from April 24, 2015 to February 28, 2015, Defendant A and H set up 40 games of “I302” in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, the contents of which are different from the grade received, and provided them to many and unspecified customers, and employed and managed employees. Among them, Defendant A was aware of the above game site and the completion of which are themselves as being a sole unemployment owner, and Defendant A was investigated as if they were the mixed game site unemployment owner at the time of regulating the game site. As a result, in collusion with H, Defendant A provided customers with contents different from the rating, provided customers with game products for use, provided customers with money exchange with tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products, and provided customers with speculative gaming devices for business purposes.
