1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a Crodox vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.101% from the 1km section from the roads front of the Crodoxian Association in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, to the roads front of the Crodox road in Busan-dong.

B.
