1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 29, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

On May 31, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim 0: (a) determined on June 7, 2016, as the construction cost of the equipment and the interior part of the “C Extension and Remodelling Works,” which the Defendant received from a social welfare foundation B, until June 7, 2016 (Provided, That the date of completion is June 20, 2016), the Plaintiff received sewage within the construction period and paid KRW 2.325 million out of the subcontract price, and the name of the claim in the instant case, for which the Defendant unpaid the remainder of KRW 70 million,00,000,000 from the subcontract price.
