A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on May 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) driven a two-lane road in front of the B hotel in SM5 car, and made a left turn to the left at two-lanes, not the left turn, on the melting west side, from the Drown side; (b) made a left turn to the left at one-lane in the same direction; (c) the F-A-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a dangerous vehicle.

2. The injured Defendant: (a) carried a car at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1 as above; (b) putting the hand in the victim’s car with open windows; (c) boomed the victim’s breath by drinking breath; and (d) kidding the victim’s chest, walking the victim’s chest with the victim’s chest, thereby causing injury to the victim, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
