Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2018, the Defendant, at around 21:11, when driving a B Orler vehicle and passing the office of Seoul, which is located down at the top of the Bupyeong-gu in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and even though he knows that a hybrid terminal is not in operation, the Defendant did not pay tolls 21,500 won by passing through a fee automatic device, an automatic device. From around that time to May 14, 2019, the Defendant did not pay tollss and additional tolls equivalent to KRW 1,331,510 in total over 224 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained property benefits by using pay automatic equipment without paying the price by illegal means.
