Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2013, at around 19:25, the Defendant driven a B Poter Cargo Vehicle, and led the Defendant to proceed to the direction of South Daegu ICT along the three-lanes in the Yongsan-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seogu, Daegu.
