1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 21, 2013, Defendant A: (a) around 00:08, at the Busan Southern-gu shopping mall, Defendant A tried to protect and threaten the entrance of illness, which is a dangerous object that the police officer G and H had attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender at the Busan Southern-gu Police Station F District, and attempted to protect the Defendant. Police I and J, who had been working for the support, attempted to wear the relevant disease in a flagrant offender, and flickly flickly flickly flicked I’s left land flick to board the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with police officers I's legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

2. Defendant B interfered with the police officer’s performance of duties at the time, place, as described in paragraph (1), and thereby, the police officer I and J prevented him from carrying out his arms and forced to arrest a flagrant offender. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers I and J on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
