Punishment of the crime

【2013 Highest 1765 [criminal power] The Defendant committed a crime of violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Manpo Branch of the Gwangju District Court on May 27, 2008, and the blood alcohol concentration at the time of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) was 0.079%.

On December 19, 2008, the blood alcohol concentration at the same court was 0.123% at the time of the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On June 28, 2011, the same court sentenced six months to imprisonment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and on June 28, 201, the blood alcohol concentration at the time of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act was 0.17

On December 25, 2011, the Road Traffic Act has been sentenced to six months for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Operation).

As above, the Defendant is a person who violates Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 7, 2013, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven a vehicle with a ton freight vehicle C, without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 3 km from the front of the Hanjin Resources in Cannam-gun, Yannam-gun, to the front road of the future hospital located in Supopo-si, Mapopo-si, Mapopo-si, without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.134%.

2. On October 10, 2013, at around 11:09, the Defendant driven a 3 dived truck with freight without a vehicle driver’s license at a distance of approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of the Mana-si, Mana-dong, to the front day of the same Mana-dong Police Station.
