1. On October 16, 2016, the Defendant establishes 54 members of the Defendant’s members at the general meeting, and Article 5, 7, and 15 of the Defendant’s bylaws.

1. Basic facts

A. The F, composed of residents residing in Yangsan-si Ig, acquires each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from around 1968 to around 1982, and registered the ownership transfer of the instant real estate under the name of some of the village residents. However, the title trust of the instant real estate was terminated on January 30, 191, and the title trust of the instant real estate was terminated on May 1, 1991, and the name of the organization was designated as the defendant by holding a village general assembly on May 1, 1991, and the agreement was enacted, and the registration of ownership transfer concerning the instant real estate was completed in the name of the defendant after the enactment of the agreement.

B. Of the Defendant’s rules enacted on May 1, 1991 (hereinafter “instant rules”), the contents pertaining to the instant case are as follows.

However, Article 2 of the Code of this case was amended to the effect that "the Code of this case shall apply only to the members recorded in the attached Form from among the residents of Iri," and Article 5 was amended to the effect that "the members of the General Assembly shall be the applicants for registration of property management in attached Form 1 from among the residents of Iri."

Section 2. (Scope of Application) This Code shall apply only to all residents who reside in I, and all residents shall have the obligation to comply with this Code.

Section 5(1) A member of the Assembly shall be a member of the Assembly who is resident in I.D. (2) A member shall be a member. (3) A person who emigrates from I.D. (hereinafter referred to as "member") shall lose his/her qualification.

Provided, That if a member who is disqualified moves into the main Dong again, the member's qualification shall be restored at the time of transfer of resident registration.
