Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and B are those who use the Internet NAV “S” website.

On April 2016, the Defendant and B conspiredd to commit the crime of fraud using the Internet NAVber's website at the offline of the trade name in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, with a view to selling goods on the above website, and the Defendant published a letter to sell goods on the above website, and offered a bank account to receive money, and B shared their roles by providing the pre-paid mobile phone in his/her name.

On April 19, 2016, the Defendant and B conspiredd with the Internet site, and inserted the phrase “to sell the annual membership in the Ireland” on the bulletin board.

However, since the above membership does not have the above membership, it is sent even if the member receives money.

On April 19, 2016, the Defendant was issued 450,000 won to the head of the Bank Tong (D) under the name of the Defendant on April 19, 2016, and on April 20, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “I sell content of game 2” on the bulletin board.
