1. Defendant A, B, H, I, and C’s joint crimes committed with H, I, and C were released along with H, I, and C, and then posted a false statement on the Internet’s website, and Defendant B provided a passbook and a telephonephone, and Defendant A, H, I, and C received money from the victims by posting a false statement on the Internet and responding to the victims.
It was intended to acquire money by fraud in a way that does not mean.
On August 26, 2016, the Defendants posted a letter with H, I, and C, stating that “The Defendants sold Apppbbler on the Internet Roster bulletin board of the Republic of Korea,” and then send money to the victim J who reported and contacted the above letter.

However, the Defendants, H, I, and C are not holding the said goods, and even if they receive money, they send the said goods.

The Defendants, H, I, and C by deceiving the victims as above, and they were transferred KRW 50,00 from the victim J to the Busan Bank account (K) in the name of Defendant B as well as from that time to September 14, 2016 by deceiving the victims by the above means 90 times in total from that time to September 14, 2016, and received KRW 6,789,000 in total from the four Defendant B’s account in the name of Defendant B.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with H, I, and C to receive property by deceiving victims.

2. On August 12, 2016, Defendant C and H, along with H, posted a letter stating that “The sale of a mine level book” on the Internet NAV on the Internet bulletin board of the Republic of Korea, at a place where around August 12, 2016, Defendant C and H jointly committed with H, and send money to the victim L who reported and contacted the above letter to transfer money.

However, the defendant and H do not possess the above goods, so they intend to sell the above goods from the beginning.
