1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 201, 201, 200 tons D/B CRE (hereinafter “C warehouse 20 tons C warehouse of this case”) with the Defendant as follows.
) The contract for manufacture and installation was drawn up. The name of contract (production and delivery): 20 tons: 327,000,000 won for total contract amount for manufacture and installation of D/B CRE: 100,000 won for down payment (payment at the time of preparation of this contract): 100,000 won for intermediate payment (payment at the time of production and delivery): 100,000 won for intermediate payment (payment after completion inspection): 127,000,000 won for remainder (payment after completion inspection): 127,000,000 won: 20,000 with the Defendant on October 22, 2011; 30 tons D/BRE (hereinafter referred to as “30 tons of the instant C warehouse”); 20 tons of the above C warehouse and 300 tons of the instant contract; and 200 tons of the said C warehouse and 30 persons of the instant ready, 200.
