Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Ulsan District Court, and on September 30, 2019, the parole period was expired on November 16, 2019 when the sentence was executed by the Ulsan District Court.

1. On July 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a convenience store operated by the victim C in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun on July 6, 202; (b) invaded upon the victim’s inside the convenience store; and (c) stolen the victim’s ownership with one copy of the Gu-gle card.

2. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property worth KRW 5,542,900 in total three times from the above day to August 5, 2020, by taking a disguised employment at the G convenience store operated by the victim F in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, with no intent to work as an employee of the actual convenience store on July 20, 2020, on July 21, 2020, with four copies of cash at the above convenience store around 00:00 and KRW 832,90 in cash and the former writing set-line card.

3. On July 6, 2020, at around 03:48 around 1, 200, the Defendant used a computer and others: (a) laid off the old text card with a charge terminal as described in paragraph 1 at the location described in paragraph 1; and (b) did not deposit the actual charge amount into the charge unit; (c) did not connect the computer charging program connected to the above device to charge KRW 200,000 on the old text card; (d) by using the same method, charged the Defendant’s Handphone with a convenience point of KRW 30,000,000,000 and 300,000,000 won, and processed the information without authority into the information processing device; and (e) acquired financial benefits from around the above date to July 29, 2020 without authority, including the acquisition of financial benefits equivalent to KRW 80,000,000 in total from around 20 to July 29, 2020.
