1. Defamation;

A. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant displayed the victim’s b body pictures sent to the Defendant by the injured party to D, a multi-level marketing entity, “C”, a multi-level marketing entity, in the airport railroad that was in the process of a non-commercial place, and registered as a subordinate seller of the Defendant, with the victim E, as to the relationship with the victim E.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim E by openly pointing out facts.

B. From the date of December 2013 to January 2, 2014, the Defendant showed that “the victim was married to her money, so far as her husband was married to her husband, the victim was living in Jeju-do and her husband was living in Jeju-do, and the victim was living in Jeju-do and was living in his/her husband, who was detained in his/her custody. The victim was deprived of her sexual intercourse with the victim on the way of giving the fine on behalf of the victim, and the victim was deprived of her sexual intercourse with the victim on the way that the victim was exposed to the above her photo on the way that the victim was exposed to the victim on the way of the victim’s transmission to the above F.
