Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on May 3, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2013.
