Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service on August 20, 2014, received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-si Military Manpower Office to enlistment in the Army Training Center located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si on September 22, 2014, but failed to enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
