Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a witness with Hohovah and is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service.

On November 17, 2014, the Defendant, at around 10:15, did not directly receive a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi Military Manpower Office, to enlistment in the Army Training Center located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and December 15, 2014, and did not, without justifiable grounds, enlist until three days have passed from the date of enlistment.
