Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving another vehicle B.
On December 4, 2016, 01:34 around 01:34, the Defendant proceeded at a five-lane 367.6km from Busan to Seoul, along with three-lanes, about 120km in speed.
At the time, it was night and there was a rapid speed of the vehicle, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by driving the vehicle in a safe way.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went in the same direction at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the part of the back part of the victim C(50) driving of the D-PPton car, which was in the same direction as the Defendant’s negligence, was moved into the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and continued to be in centered, and again, the Defendant was faced with the said cruise car and the victim E (the 46-year-old driver) who was driving along one lane and proceeded with the said cruise car, and was in the front part of the Defendant’s car left side of the Defendant’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered approximately KRW 12,00 from the victim G (e.g., 51 years of age) who was on board the victim C and his/her vehicle in the foregoing accident to the victim G (e.g., the victim E and his/her vehicle) for about 12 weeks of treatment, and the victim H (e.g., the 51 years of age), who was on board the victim E and his/her vehicle, for about KRW 13,460,000 of the cost of repairing the said cruise car, and attempted to stop immediately and stop the said cruise car without taking necessary measures.
